Financial Breakdown

The purchase price of the Franchise varies according to the level of investment determined by you. The options in this regard are set out as follows. As with most franchise systems, there is an initial fee payable which is a once-off fee of R 48,500,00 (Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Rand) plus Vat for a Major Centers or R 38,500,00 (Thirty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Rand) plus Vat for Minor Centers. In addition there are the costs associated with the purchase of the equipment, cleaning solutions and promotional materials, selected by you. One can budget approximately as follows:

• Carpet and Upholstery Equipment – R 185, 000.00 + Vat
• Carpet Cleaning Solutions – R 24 215.00 + Vat
• Upholstery Cleaning Solutions – R 6, 006.00 + Vat
• Promotional Materials – R 6, 554.00 + Vat
• Additional Services
  Tile & Stone incl. Cleaning solutions – R 105, 000 + Vat

Royalties

Unlike most franchise systems, there are no royalties – what you earn is what you keep.

The only additional charge raised by us is that of a monthly service fee of R1,750.00 per month plus VAT escalating annually by the inflation rate as measured by the Consumer Price Index, or 10%, whichever is the greater. This covers administrative expenses of processing orders and maintenance of a head office structure geared to help you to achieve success.
